Refunds

Full refund until books are signed; damaged books replaced. To ask for a refund or replacement, email drdan@dannygentry.com.

Shipping

Books ordered for a school visit are delivered to class on visit day, with no shipping charge. Books ordered to ship to you go by USPS Media Mail, which usually takes 2 to 8 business days within the United States. If a book arrives damaged, email a photo and we will replace it.

Privacy

When you fill out a form on this site, your information is used only to reply to you and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates about The Kindness Tree. You can opt out at any time by email. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store card numbers.
